Consolidate & Organise Cloud Files

My files are scattered across Apple iCloud, the local Mac drive, OneDrive, Box and Dropbox, and the chaos is starting to slow me down. I need a detail-minded organiser who can move everything into Apple iCloud—my chosen single home for storage—then bring order to the collection.
Scope of the mess

Your task
1. Audit every location, copy the latest version of each item into iCloud, and delete obsolete or duplicate copies everywhere else.
2. Design a logical, reusable folder structure (I’m not tied to date-based sorting; use whatever hierarchy makes the most sense for quick retrieval).
3. Rename files consistently so they are human-readable and searchable.
4. Deliver a brief guide outlining the structure and naming convention so I can maintain it going forward.
Tools you choose—Finder, rsync, Hazel, third-party duplicate finders—are up to you as long as the end result is a single, neatly organised iCloud Drive that opens fast and makes my content easy to find.
