We are setting up a new subsidiary and needs to host its application and services in a secure
environment accessible across the world. The entity is a strategic government initiative connecting government and private partners. The nature of its business requires that it stores strategic data belonging to government, as well as
confidential information from private partners. New Tech strategy require it to utilize an optimal, secure and sustainable infrastructure, allowing it to meet all government and regulatory guidelines but at the same time allowing it to be agile and nimble in its operation. The entity has 150 employees including very senior public dignitaries.
We need a solution evaluating all current options including cloud infrastructure with the following business
requirements:
 Services are always accessible from any location and from any device.
 Subsidiary to access services
 Elastic Infrastructure that can scale up and down depending on the operational needs.
 Operate with minimal footprint and optimize financial and IT operations.
 Choose right-sourcing model for an agile organization.
