Cloud Tech Docs Auto-Formatter
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I need a lightweight assistant that will live in my cloud workspace and help me generate fresh technical documentation from scratch. The core requirement is reliable auto-formatting so that every spec, architecture diagram reference, and code snippet lands in a clean, consistent style without my having to babysit layout rules.
The tool should let me start a new doc, choose or define headings, and have the formatting adapt as details grow—tables resize neatly, code blocks pick up the right font, and numbered sections stay intact even after large edits. While auto-formatting is non-negotiable, I’m open to expanding later into template integration or even simple version tracking, so an architecture that can plug those in would be appreciated.
Deliverables:
• A working cloud-based assistant (web app or plug-in) that creates new technical documents with automatic formatting applied in real time.
• Brief usage guide that demonstrates starting a document, adding at least three content types (paragraph text, code block, table), and showing the formatting engine respond correctly.
• Source or deployment instructions so I can host it within my existing cloud environment.
If you’ve built similar documentation tools or have a smart way to layer an auto-formatter on top of Google Docs, Office 365, or a custom React/Node stack, I’m all ears.
