Urgent AWS WAF & Verification

I need a quick, hands-on session tonight to clear the last compliance items on my AWS environment. My production stack is simple—a single EC2 instance, but the auditor now requires a Web Application Firewall and written proof that our perimeter controls match the architecture diagram I already submitted.
Here’s what has to happen during the call:
Need 2 very small changes in AWS that is already running. You can even do on screen sharing with me. But I want to get it done tonight itself.
1. I have ec2 instance running and want to add WAF - count to it.
2. Login via bastion to that instance
3. I had submitted an architecture diagram. Verify that all the perimeter are in place.
Acceptance criteria
– WAF shows traffic in count mode with the standard rules enabled.
– SSH succeeds only when routed through the bastion host.
– Security group and NACL entries match the diagram line-by-line, with screenshots captured for the audit package.
We can do everything over a screen-share; I’ll drive if you prefer and give you temporary console access where needed. If you’re comfortable with the AWS Console, CLI, and basic network compliance checks, this should take well under an hour. Let’s get it wrapped up tonight.
