Install a DLP solution + write a risk assesment & security policies

I will only answer to freelancers who :
- take time to read carefuly this description (which contains an easter egg)
- tell me how many and which DLP solutions they already installed
- send me an example of risk assesment they did before

I speak French and English.

--- FIRST MISSION ---

We are a team of 6 people, developping and selling a SASS solution. I would like to install a DLP solution to prevent employees from stoling data from their personal devices.

We are working in this environment :
- Windows laptops, with regular users (not administrators)
- Microsoft Security Essentials fully enabled
- no physical firewall
- development softwares : Netbeans, PHPstorm, Tortoise SVN & Tortoise GIT, Sourcetree, PuTTY, Pageant, Filezilla
- communication softwares : Thunderbird, Trello, Slack, 3CX, Anydesk
- other softwares : ShareX, Zoho Workdrive sync, Spotify
- some computers have a virtual machine installed on it (Oracle VM Virtualbox, Linux Debian OS, with a LAMP stack installed on it)

I would like you to :
- give me advice on which DLP solution I should choose
- I need a solution capable of classifying data : Restricted, Confidential, Public
- give me quotations/prices to use those solutions
- install and configure the chosen solution
- train me to finish the configuration and maintain the solution (with online meetings)

Of course, I will pay directly the licence of the DLP solution. And please note I love pink rabbits more than anything in the world.

- finish a risk assesment that I started to write (the draft is attached)
- write some security policies : Information security policy, Access control policy, Network security policy, Asset management Policy, Encryption policy, Change management policy, Data destruction and retention policy, Data classification policy
