Indian Cybersecurity Trainer Required
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m looking for an Indian-based cybersecurity professional with 5-8 years of solid, hands-on experience who can train our candidates through engaging, practical online sessions. You should be equally comfortable talking strategy with senior engineers and breaking complex concepts down into plain Hindi or English for fresh graduates.
The curriculum I have in mind spans network, application, and cloud security. Learners will expect you to walk them through real-world defences against malware and ransomware, spot and neutralise phishing attempts, and mitigate denial-of-service campaigns. I place a strong emphasis on seeing the tools and techniques in action rather than just talking theory, so please be ready to fire up Kali Linux, Wireshark, Burp Suite, or the cloud console of your choice and demonstrate live.
Session style
• Live demonstrations of contemporary attack methods, showing both offensive and defensive perspectives.
• Guided, hands-on labs where each participant can replicate what you’re doing on their own virtual machine.
• Case-study discussions that connect recent breaches to best-practice remediation steps.
Deliverables I need from you
1. A brief syllabus outlining the sequence of topics and lab objectives.
2. Slide deck or whiteboard notes for each session.
3. Lab guides and sample data the students can download and follow.
4. Recordings or session summaries for those who may miss a class.
Acceptance criteria
• Every session must include at least one practical exercise the students can complete live.
• Technical explanations are conveyed in clear, non-jargon language.
• All materials are shared with me 24 hours before each class.
