Complete AWS Service Migration

I need an experienced AWS specialist to migrate three key workloads from my current AWS account into a new one:

• Storage – all S3 buckets (objects, policies, versioning, lifecycle rules)
• Compute – our running EC2 instances together with associated EBS volumes, security groups, key pairs, and elastic IPs
• Database – multiple RDS instances (snapshots, option groups, parameter groups, automated backups)

The scope is limited to the migration itself; once the assets are live and verified in the target account I will take care of any further configuration or optimisation, so please plan the job with that in mind.

Deliverables
1. Pre-migration checklist covering prerequisites, IAM roles, and cut-over plan
2. Executed migration of S3, EC2, and RDS resources with minimal downtime and no data loss
3. Post-migration validation report confirming service health, identical configurations, and successful DNS or endpoint updates where required
4. Step-by-step runbook so I can repeat or audit the process later

Acceptance Criteria
• All data is intact and accessible in the target account
• EC2 instances boot without errors and retain the same public reachability
• RDS endpoints accept connections with existing credentials and show identical schemas
• S3 object counts and checksums match source buckets
• Total downtime per service does not exceed the maintenance window we agree on beforehand
