AWS Architecture Review & Cost Optimisation Recommendations
Project Description
I am looking for an experienced AWS architecture expert to review my current AWS setup and provide recommendations on how to optimise the infrastructure and reduce costs.
This project is review and advisory only. No implementation is required.
Scope of Work
The expert will:
• Review the current AWS architecture and services in use
• Identify areas where costs can be reduced
• Identify any inefficient resource usage or misconfiguration
• Suggest alternative architecture or services that may improve cost efficiency
• Recommend best practices for ongoing AWS cost optimisation
Deliverable
A written report including:
• Overview of current architecture (based on review)
• Key cost drivers identified
• Specific recommendations to optimise cost
• Estimated potential savings where possible
• Suggested architecture improvements (if applicable)
Additional Context
Part of the backend has already been moved to GCP, but some services are still running on AWS (currently mainly related to EC2 / hosting). I would like an expert review to understand whether the current setup is optimal or if there are better alternatives.
Access can be provided via read-only IAM permissions if required.
