LXD and BGP Setup

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with configuring BGP routing protocol for my LXD setup. The candidate should have previous knowledge of configuring BGP, and public ip networking. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with Ubuntu as the preferred Linux distribution for this project. We can create more infrastructure as required, but for now, we just want a basic working setup so we can see/know the moving/working parts and refactor it to what we want. We have an ASN and a rented IP Pool. Additionally, I have specific requirements for the BGP features and settings, so the freelancer should be able to accommodate these requirements.
