Connectivity to AU website from another country

I am trying to work around a technical challenge to connect to bet365.com.au from another country. They have blacklisted IP addresses from the mainstream VPN services (Express, Nord) so trying to work out if theres another way using a paid proxy service.

Please only respond if you have experience diagniosing connectivity issues and also experience with proxy service providers (ideally you can recommend a provider and test the solution.
