Connect to Azure cloud using MQTT over TSL connection using SIM7600E 4G modem

I wish to connect a device equipped with SIM7600E to the Azure IoT using MQTT protocol over TLS authentification. The SIM7600E modem is connected to a host PC via USB cable and it is controlled through AT Commands. The SIM7600E has both SSL and MQTT support, it would be nice to use them. The device sould be able to publish and subscribe .
I can provide access to the Azure IoT Hub, that was configured using default settings.
