Cloud Engineer Interview Preparation

Job ID: 38331624

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

I'm in need of a professional to assist me in preparing for an upcoming job interview as a Cloud Engineer/DevOps professional. I'm looking for guidance in topics I listed below.

The ideal candidate for this project will have experience with teaching / collaborating on creating notes and mind maps and practical knowledge with Cloud and DevOps.

I am going to have an interview in a few days. I was away from Devops and Cloud for some time (1 year in a less engineering-oriented project, focused more on analytics & tableau) and now I am hoping to jump back to the industry.

I expect a structured interview preparation with some details as well as a brief of knowledge and what we went through in a form of a mind map and some basic notes. Please reach out to me, if you have experience in job interviews and efficient preparations. I would not want this time to be a listen-only lecture, I really need to get some practical refreshers and active learning.

I am willing to spend around 5 - 10 hours on the project, so it is not going to be extremely in-depth work.

Here is the breakdown of what I need to refresh/get familiar with for the interview. Please do not get discouraged by this list, it's just a brief created using chatGPT straight from the job offer. I believe it would be on your side to select what is truly most important, and I bet we will both know that.

While the list is long, this is just a chatGPT brief. Notice it expects only 2 years of experience, so no need to get super deep. Let's focus on fundamentals and priorities.

My commercial experience includes:
- DevOps good practices
- GCP & some AWS
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- Python
- Some both Grafana & Kibana exposure
- Some Gitlab CI/CD
- Migrating AWS RDS to GPC Cloud SQL

So I believe it would be the safest to focus on what I already included in my resume and had some commercial experience.

I look forward to our cooperation.
