Python Developer for Data Analysis & Automation

I'm looking for a Python developer specialized in data analysis and automation.
The specs are:
1. Review our billing system API;
2. Write a cron job in Python using the PyCharm IDE to access our billing system's API;
3. Use the Pandas Python library to convert the data into CSV format;
4. Store the CSV on a cloud server; and
5. Push certain fields of the CSV to our CRM and business intelligence dashboard.
We have some Python code that has already been developed for a similar project involving the same API that can be reviewed for context.
