An electric vehicle anomaly detection system using a ui, ml(optional) and hosted on cloud

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop an electric vehicle anomaly detection system using a web-based user interface, a machine learning algorithm (optional, but open to suggestions) and hosted on the cloud. As part of the user interface, I prefer a web-based interface. However, I have not made a final decision. Other options that are available are mobile app UI and desktop application UI. For the machine learning algorithm, I am open to suggestions as I don’t have any preferences. As for the cloud hosting provider, I prefer Amazon Web Services (AWS). The end result needs to be an anomaly detection system which can be used to analyze the performance and health of an electric vehicle and predict maintenance dates
