Woocommerce Migration to Google Cloud

I need my live WooCommerce store moved from its current hosting to Google Cloud so it runs noticeably faster and feels more responsive for shoppers. The priority is performance—faster page loads, smoother database interactions, and an overall leaner server setup.

Scope
• Migrate the full site, database, and media library to Google Cloud services.
• Configure the new environment for speed-focused hosting (optimized server configs, PHP version, caching).
• Set up a CDN and media-optimization workflow so product images and assets are delivered quickly worldwide.
• Tune the database for WooCommerce—indexing, query caching, and other best-practice tweaks.
• Provide a concise hand-off document covering what you deployed, key credentials, and rollback steps.

I already have a mid-range budget allocated, so I’m looking for a balanced approach—solid performance gains without unnecessary extras. You should be comfortable with Google Cloud services, WordPress/WooCommerce migrations, and CDN integration. Clear communication and minimal downtime during the switch are essential.

We are willing to pay an amount per website.
Also we would appreciate it if you could also give us the approximate monthly cost for using Google services for each site.

We have four e-commerce sites built on WooCommerce. I'm currently using Cloudflare + WP Rocket + Imagy hosted on a Hostgator VPN. I'm interested in migrating to Google Hosting with the necessary corresponding services, such as Cloud CDN and Media CDN, or whatever you recommend so the sites run quickly and efficiently. Our site's visitors or users are 99% from Mexico; very few are from the United States, Spain, Central, and South America.

Each site is installed independently, the WordPress multisite function was not used.
