White-Label Cloud Hosting Platform
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am ready to launch my own white-label cloud hosting service and need a complete platform built from the ground up. The core of the project revolves around three pillars: subscription management that ties neatly into a payment gateway, an intuitive customer dashboard, and reliable server monitoring. All server provisioning and lifecycle actions must run through the DigitalOcean API, so familiarity with that environment is essential.
The platform will recognise three distinct roles—Admin, Customer, and Support Agent—each with the appropriate permissions baked in. Admins should be able to create and manage plans, view aggregated usage and revenue reports, and step in on support tickets when needed. Customers will spin up and manage their own droplets, track resource usage in real time, upgrade or downgrade plans, and view invoices—all from a clean, branded dashboard. Support Agents need a workspace where they can see incoming tickets, check server health metrics, and trigger safe-guard actions (reboot, power cycle, snapshot) without touching anything outside their permission scope.
Key integrations:
• DigitalOcean API for provisioning, scaling, snapshots, and status feeds
• A mainstream payment gateway (Stripe preferred, but I’m open if you have strong arguments for another) to handle recurring billing, proration, and failed-payment retries
• A lightweight customer support system—either a built-in ticketing module or a smooth single-sign-on bridge to tools like Freshdesk or Zendesk
My brand guidelines, logo set, and colour palette are ready, so the UI can be fully white-labelled from day one. I expect clean, well-commented code, clear API documentation, and a short hand-off session so my team can handle routine maintenance once live. Let’s build something stable, scalable, and elegant that gives my customers a first-class hosting experience.
