Terraform Azure Kubernetes - simple- one pod

Just need some solid examples and suggestions
a) Terraform setup on Azure with Kubernetes
b) Please ensure one pod is setup via the user data
c) Can you please suggest the “Cloud Config” or “Cloud Init” methods or how you find basic things?
d) Please share any other best practices.

My funds are low but will pay quick and leave 5 stars. Please give your best possible for your bid ? (something reasonable?) ANY THOUGHTS ? Please note project is due in two hours as this projects deadline, as this is needed if we can get some done - then we can talk about next steps and 5 stars and another job also.
