I’m planning a comprehensive strategy that will help facilities across the EU cut consumption and costs through state-of-the-art Smart Energy Management Systems. The aim is to map out how sensors, real-time analytics, automated controls and predictive maintenance can be integrated into existing infrastructure, then translate that plan into a clear, phased roadmap that technicians and decision-makers can follow.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A concise technical architecture showing the key hardware, software and communication layers (IoT sensors, gateways, cloud or on-prem analytics, dashboards, control interfaces).
• Use-case scenarios—at least three—that illustrate measurable efficiency gains (for example: HVAC optimization, lighting automation, demand-response participation).
• An implementation schedule broken into milestones with KPIs to confirm energy savings at each stage.
• Guidance on standards and compliance relevant within EU markets (EN 15232, ISO 50001, GDPR for data handling).
• A cost–benefit summary that turns the technical story into board-level language.
I already have baseline energy data and floor plans ready to share once we start, along with access to the BMS of two pilot sites. Please ground your recommendations in proven platforms or open-protocol solutions (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA) so we stay vendor-flexible.
Deliverables should be in a single report (PDF or Word) plus any schematics in native Visio or similar format.
