Short Term Disability Claim Assistance

I am seeking a professional with expertise in insurance claims to assist me with my short term disability claim. The initial claim has already been filed, so assistance will be focused on follow-up and tracking.
I was railroaded to the point that my 45 days almost expire on the 2nd half/recertification. I don't trust Matrix/USB. Are you familiar with them?
