Setup of self hosted Nextcloud as a data-room

We have already setup a Nextcloud instance on an internal server which is accessible via a HTTPS address. This should be further configured to be able to be used as virtual data-room as described on https://nextcloud.com/virtual-data-room/.

The technical info shows it is possible but is not fully accessible as we are too small to have a "Nextcloud Enterprise Subscription", see https://portal.nextcloud.com/article/nextcloud-and-virtual-data-room-configuration-59.html

I assume someone with thorough Nextcloud knowledge would be able to set this up for us?
