Improvising Healthcare Data Security through Federated Learning and Blockchain Framework
This project aims to develop a Federated Learning (FL) model that allows patient data to remain on local systems, ensuring privacy while enabling collaborative learning across multiple hospitals or healthcare institutions. Only model parameters (not raw data) will be shared with a central server for aggregation. To ensure data integrity and security, Blockchain will be implemented.

A key aspect of this project is peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions between two clients, where direct data exchanges occur securely. Blockchain-based authentication and encryption will ensure that these transactions are tamper-proof and privacy-preserving.

Key Objectives:
✅ Federated Learning Implementation:

Train distributed machine learning models without sharing raw patient data.
Implement centralized model aggregation where only parameters are exchanged.
Enhance privacy using Differential Privacy and Homomorphic Encryption.
✅ Blockchain for Security & Integrity:

Implement a private Blockchain network for maintaining FL model updates.
Use smart contracts for secure authentication and logging model updates.
Ensure that P2P transactions between clients (hospitals, institutions) are encrypted and immutable.
✅ Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transactions with Security:

Develop a direct P2P communication mechanism between two healthcare clients.
Secure the data exchange process using asymmetric encryption (RSA, ECC).
Validate and verify transaction authenticity using Blockchain mechanisms.
✅ System Architecture & Deployment:

Set up a centralized FL aggregation server for parameter collection and updates.
Deploy the system on a secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Optimize performance for scalability and real-time processing.
