Scalable Cloud System Design

We are looking for a systems architect that has experience in the live streaming space. As a Systems Architect, my primary goal is to enhance the scalability of our current cloud services. The architecture revamp should mainly focus on improving the system's ability to handle increased data volume, support more simultaneous users, and expand the geographic reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current cloud system architecture and identify scalability limitations.
- Design and implement a more scalable cloud system that can handle increased data volume efficiently.
- Enhance the system's capacity to support more simultaneous users without compromising performance.
- Develop strategies to expand the system's geographic reach, ensuring it can cater to users globally.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect, particularly in designing scalable cloud systems in the streaming space.
- Expertise in handling increased data volume and supporting more simultaneous users.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and how to leverage them for scalability ( we use Linode as our cloud provider).
- Previous projects involving the geographical expansion of systems would be a significant advantage.
