Salesforce Expert for Sales Team Optimization and System Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce expert to assist us on an as-needed hourly basis. The expert should possess a minimum of 3-4 years of Salesforce experience and be proficient in various Salesforce functionalities. Responsibilities:
Salesforce System Management:
Set up and configure Salesforce to align with your business processes.
Ensure data integrity and maintain system hygiene.
Customize Salesforce fields, objects, and workflows as required.
Assist with managing user access, security, and permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce-related issues.
Reports and Analytics:
Develop and run customized reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Analyze usage patterns and identify trends.
Monitor user activity and track who has logged into the system.
Utilize Salesforce reporting tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ancillary Program Optimization:
Tweak and optimize ancillary programs such as Conga and Dropbox to integrate seamlessly with Salesforce.
Ensure smooth data flow and collaboration between systems.
Train sales team members on using these programs effectively.
Sales Team Management:
Provide guidance and support to optimize the performance of the sales team.
Assist in implementing sales processes and best practices.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the team.
Help identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency.
Salesforce Program Expansion:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement additional programs into Salesforce.
