We are actively hiring a seasoned **Salesforce DevOps Engineer** based in **Mexico** to join a high-impact project supporting a large U.S.-based enterprise Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.
This is a **remote-only opportunity**, but **residency in Mexico is mandatory**. You will be working closely with U.S.-based teams and must be available during overlapping business hours.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and enhance Salesforce DevOps processes across sandbox and production environments
- Build and maintain robust **CI/CD pipelines** using **Bitbucket** and **Jenkins**
- Implement and administer **version control** for Salesforce metadata and code
- Partner with Salesforce developers and solution architects to automate deployments and resolve code merge conflicts
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment-related performance issues
- Ensure stability, reliability, and best practices across all deployment environments
- Maintain internal documentation of DevOps procedures, tools, and workflows
- Support a **remote-first delivery model** in collaboration with globally distributed teams

### **Required Qualifications**
- **4–5+ years** of professional experience in **DevOps engineering**, preferably within Salesforce environments
- Proficient in **Bitbucket**, **Jenkins**, and **Git-based version control** workflows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata types, sandbox management, and deployment strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as **SFDX**, **Gearset**, or **Copado** is a significant advantage
- Demonstrated experience automating and optimizing **CI/CD pipelines**
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- **Fluent in English** (both written and spoken)
