SaaS School Management Platform
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a cloud-hosted school management platform that mirrors the capabilities of this script: https://codecanyon.net/item/infix-school-academic-management-system/23876323. The system must run as a true SaaS solution so multiple schools can register, pay, and operate in their own isolated tenants.
with a copy of source code so I can edit and customize in future.
Core modules I must see on day one:
• Student management (student enrollment, grade management, parent communication)
• Teacher management (teacher profiles, class scheduling, performance tracking)
• Attendance tracking for both students and staff
• A fully integrated LMS for course materials, assignments, and assessments
Each module should respect role-based permissions and display clean, mobile-friendly dashboards. A super-admin panel has to control tenant creation, subscription plans, and global settings, while individual school admins handle their own data only.
Please rely on modern, well-documented code and database architecture so new modules can be dropped in later without rewrites. Once the core build is ready, I’ll test through a staging URL; final acceptance will follow successful multi-tenant deployment on my cloud host and a brief hand-over session covering environment setup, backup, and update workflow.
