Hi,
I’m looking to outsource the deployment of an AI tool that is available on GitHub repo as the foundation for a SaaS product.
Below is an overview of the project and my expectations:
✅ Project Scope
1. SaaS Deployment
Deploy the full application (frontend + backend using Docker) as a SaaS platform.
Ensure the setup supports multi-user access (user accounts, isolated sessions).
Host on a cloud provider suitable for SaaS (e.g., DigitalOcean, Render, Railway, AWS, or similar).
Implement custom domain setup with HTTPS.
2. Environment Configuration
Configure environment variables securely (.env file or platform secrets manager):
OPENAI_API_KEY
MONGODB_URI
Optional: GPT_MODEL
These settings should be easy for me to update as needed.
3. CI/CD with GitHub
Set up automated deployment from the GitHub repo so that:
Whenever the repository is updated by its owner, the deployment updates automatically.
Use GitHub Actions, Railway auto-deploy, or another suitable CI/CD tool.
Alert me of any significant changes or breaking updates.
4. SaaS-Ready Enhancements (Optional/Bonus)
If feasible within the scope or available as an add-on, I’d appreciate your support on:
User Authentication (Email login or OAuth)
User dashboard with saved uploads or history
Basic usage analytics or logs
Optional integration with Stripe for billing (not required immediately)
5. Documentation
Provide brief documentation or a Loom walkthrough showing:
How to manage deployments
How to update environment variables
How to troubleshoot common issues
How to monitor deployments (logs, performance)

Prioritize secure handling of user data and credentials
Recommend a scalable setup to accommodate growing users
Clear, professional communication throughout
