SaaS CRM Cloud Deployment Expert
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a customer-relationship-management SaaS that is ready for production and now needs a rock-solid cloud deployment. The core goal is to design and implement a secure, highly available environment that supports rapid scaling and smooth load balancing from day one.
Cost effective cloud provider choice for Indian market
• Auto-scaling that keeps response times low as usage spikes
• Load balancing across multiple instances to eliminate single points of failure
You may assume features such as user authentication, real-time analytics, and transactional email will follow soon, so please keep the architecture extensible for those add-ons.
What I expect from you
1. An architecture plan (diagrams + narrative) showing network layout, security groups, databases, and CI/CD flow.
2. Infrastructure-as-Code templates (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep—your call) that I can version-control.
3. A repeatable deployment pipeline configured and demonstrated on a sandbox account.
4. Handover documentation with step-by-step instructions for scaling, rolling updates, and basic troubleshooting.
Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end deployment runs with a single pipeline trigger.
• New instances register automatically behind the load balancer and pass a health check within 60 seconds.
• With simulated traffic 5× baseline, response time remains under 300 ms at P95.
• Clear rollback strategy is documented and tested.
If this is the sort of challenge you thrive on, let’s talk and get this CRM into the cloud the right way.
