I’m ready to commission a complete ride-hailing solution that works seamlessly on both iOS and Android. The scope covers three core components: a passenger app, a driver app, and a browser-based admin dashboard, all backed by a secure, scalable cloud backend.
Passenger experience
• Book now or schedule later, with instant fare estimates, real-time driver tracking, and the choice to pay by UPI, card, or cash.
• Live ETA updates, trip history, in-app support, and SOS safety options.
Driver experience
• Simple onboarding with document upload and approval.
• One-tap acceptance of ride requests, in-app navigation to pickup and drop-off points, and a clear earnings tracker that updates after every trip.
• Daily / weekly payout summaries plus ratings and feedback.
Admin dashboard
A web panel to create or manage rider and driver accounts, set base fares, surge multipliers, and commission percentages, monitor trips in real time, and export detailed financial and performance reports.
Technical expectations
• Native or high-performance cross-platform code for iOS and Android.
• Secure backend (AWS, GCP or Azure) with encrypted data storage, GDPR-ready user management, and PCI-compliant payment handling.
• Modular architecture that leaves room for future ride-sharing and electric-vehicle modules.
Deliverables
1. Production-ready passenger and driver apps published to App Store and Google Play.
2. Fully functional admin panel deployed to my chosen cloud provider.
3. Source code, API documentation, and basic CI/CD pipeline scripts.
4. 30-day post-launch support for bug fixes and minor tweaks.
