Remote Streaming Setup Assistance

I’m gearing up to broadcast live events simultaneously on YouTube Live, Twitch and Facebook Live, and I need an expert to configure everything so it simply works every time. The main goal is to have a solid end-to-end streaming workflow with a secure way for me (and a small team) to monitor the stream remotely—no need for full control over the software, just reliable real-time visibility into bitrate, audio levels and any alerts.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Build or fine-tune the streaming rig (OBS, vMix, Streamlabs or a comparable tool—open to your recommendation) so it can push to all three platforms in parallel without dropping frames.
• Configure cloud or LAN-based remote monitoring that lets us view live stats, preview video and receive error notifications from anywhere.
• Document the setup clearly, including step-by-step instructions for firing up a session, switching scenes, and troubleshooting common issues.
• Run at least one test event with me to prove stability before sign-off.
