Online Casino Migration to New AWS Domain

We have a fully completed and operational online casino platform that needs to be migrated to a new domain and set up on a fresh AWS account. The existing site is complete with all features working including games, payments, user management, and backend systems.

Project scope is migrating the entire platform from current hosting to a new AWS account and deploying it under a new domain name. This is pure migration work, not development, since the product is already finished and functional.

Deliverables include setting up new AWS account with EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront and load balancers, migrating all databases with complete data integrity, transferring all application code and static assets, configuring the new domain with DNS, SSL certificates and CDN, and ensuring zero data loss during migration.

Technical requirements are complete database export and import to AWS RDS, application code transfer and configuration for new environment, migrating all user data and transaction history, setting up proper security groups and network configuration, implementing backup and monitoring systems, and comprehensive testing of all casino games and payment functionality on new domain.

The goal is getting the existing site fully operational on the new domain with a fresh AWS infrastructure while maintaining 100% functionality and zero downtime during migration.
