Ongoing remote broad IT support for European business hours
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We have a collection of 5 small companies who need shared IT Support.
This includes simple things like:
Printer installation
E-Mail problems,
Installing new software
Troubleshooting everyday problems
To more complicated things like:
VPN Tunnel problems
Server issues
Webdesign
Wordpress
SEO work
Google Ads strategy
Sharepoint set ups
Cloud migrations
Surveilance/NVR set-ups
Potentially some light app development
We want a company that is always available during European business hours. We want to be able to reach them via Phone, Mail, chat and get almost instant support over TeamViewer or similar for ongoing IT Support. We also need ongoing help with updating and developing our websites when needed. Ability to help with things such as Sharepoint set ups, implementing new IT solutions and constantly upgrading our software stack etc.
We are not heavy users of IT, but maybe we need on average 10 hours of help per month. But some months it might be 50 hours and other months it will be 3 hours.
Looking for an hourly rate for ongoing IT support, and happy to commit to a minimum number of hours per month.
We need a company as opposed to a single freelancer. We need to see some material presenting what you can do and have experience doing, and preferably some reference client that use you for a wide array of remote IT support.
