NinjaOne RMM Setup & Policies
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am about to roll out NinjaOne (cloud SaaS) in our environment and I want to be certain the platform is licensed correctly, brought online without hiccups, and—above all—structured with the right device groups and policies from day one. My top priority is device/group management and policy creation, but I’d also like guidance on the initial licence purchase and any best-practice configurations you consider essential.
You’ll be working with a clean slate, so we can architect the hierarchy, monitoring profiles, patching rules, security baselines, and automated remediation scripts exactly the way we need them. If you have Datto RMM experience as well, that’s a bonus because I’d love to hear comparative tips as we fine-tune NinjaOne.
Deliverables:
• Advise on licence sizing and assist with purchase through the proper channel
• Spin up the NinjaOne tenant, apply recommended global settings, and enable integrations (email, PSA, etc.)
• Design a scalable device and group structure that fits our departments and sites
• Build core policies (monitoring, patching, alerting, security) and document their intent
• Provide a hand-over session so my team can confidently manage and extend the setup
