Multi-Agency Timekeeping Platform
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a cloud-based timekeeping platform that lets several independent staffing agencies coexist under one roof without ever seeing each other’s data. Each agency must be able to onboard temps, assign them to client companies, and run its own exports, invoices, and subscription payments while I, as the overall administrator, retain full visibility.
Core workflow
1. Agency administrators create and manage temporary workers.
2. Temps submit hours online.
3. Client managers receive a secure email link that opens the exact timesheet for approval—no login required.
That email-link approval path is mandatory; additional approval methods can be added later but are not part of the first phase.

• Employee/temporary worker management
• Timesheet capture, approval routing, and audit trail
• Invoice and export dashboard with status tracking
• Role-based security for agency administrators, client managers, and temporary workers, keeping each agency’s data completely separate
The build should be responsive, GDPR-compliant, and ready to integrate with payroll and accounting APIs. Please outline your proposed tech stack, any off-the-shelf components you would leverage, and a timeline for delivery of a working MVP followed by full production rollout.
