Leaseweb Account Setup Support

I have just opened a brand-new Leaseweb account and want to make sure everything is configured correctly before I begin hosting production workloads. At this stage nothing has been provisioned, so I need someone who knows their way around the Leaseweb control panel to walk me through the complete setup, spin up the first server, apply sensible security hardening, and leave me with clear notes on what was done and why.
Typical touch-points will include picking the right plan, deploying an instance, setting up user access, SSH / RDP configuration, firewall rules, monitoring basics, and any tweaks you consider best practice for performance and reliability. I’m open to either Windows or Linux images, so your recommendation here will be welcome.
The job is primarily about the initial setup, but if I’m impressed with your approach there is scope for ongoing management later. Please tell me about similar Leaseweb (or comparable bare-metal/VPS) environments you have built, how you prefer to document changes, and roughly how long you expect the first round of configuration to take.
