Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Pro Access Rules

I have Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Pro up and running and now need a specialist to tighten our application policies. The goal is two-fold:
1. Completely block every engineering application—AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks and any similar tools—from reaching the internet.
2. Prevent end-users from installing any new software on their workstations.
You’ll work directly in our Cloud Pro console, using the built-in Web Control, Application Control and, if needed, Device Control modules to craft and deploy the rules. Once the policies are active, I’d like a brief hand-off session (screenshare or concise document) showing what you did, how to verify the rules, and how to adjust them if we add future applications.
Deliverables
• Policy set that blocks outbound traffic for all engineering apps.
• Policy that stops users from installing new programs (with admin override left intact).
• Validation proof (screenshot or live test) confirming both controls work.
• Short, clear guide so I can replicate or modify the setup later.
