We are an Australian Based IT company Doing MSP, we are looking to expand our Remote Support team. Australian Working Hours. Skills Set
Skills in supporting cloud platforms
Skills in using scripting tools including PowerShell and Terraform
Solid experience working with: Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) , SCCM, Active Directory (& Group Policies)
Focus on security, including but not limited to Antivirus, Mail protection etc.
Experience with Online services support e.g. Lync, Office 365, ADFS, Azure, Azure AD
Continual process and Service Improvement – Identify areas of opportunity by analysing systems, requests an incident data and putting forward recommendations to improve the environment and processes
Proven ITIL knowledge is essential, certification desirable
