I am seeking an experienced Google Cloud server expert to assist with setting up a new instance and transferring data from an existing instance. The new instance will run on a Linux operating system. Although I skipped specifying the exact data to be transferred, I need comprehensive support in ensuring a smooth transition, including copying SSL certificates and potentially installing necessary software.

Key Requirements:
- Create a new Google Cloud instance with Linux OS
- Transfer data from an existing instance (details to be discussed)
- Copy and configure SSL certificates on the new instance
- Ensure the new instance is fully operational and secure
