General IT Support and Assistance -- 2

I am a sole trader where I support home based business and small business and sometimes, I need additional assistance with a wide range of tasks such as:

Networking
Troubleshooting
DNS, Hosting
Windows Server 2016 or similar
SharePoint & Power BI
Understanding of NAS apps and how to get the most out of one.
General Office O365-M365/G-suite-Workspaces (medium-advanced knowledge)

Able to remote assist to help with troubleshooting.

The ideal person would be in the Asia-Pacific region, genuine and really loves what they do. This task is ongoing. It might be a case of me emailing you asking you some direction or assistance in researching a particular problem. Or it could be a phone call.

I am not sure what a reasonable rate is, but I am willing to be fair with a little give and take in the relationship we will both be happy. ?
