GCP KUBERNETES TERRAFORM

Hello, i'm trying to create a GKE using terraform, but i have an issue with the shared network, so the project have access to the shares network but i still get an error : google compute engine error 403 required compute.subnetworks.ger permission for shared network subnet. I need to understand why this is happening..
