Fuel Theft Prevention System

I'm looking to set up a system to prevent fuel theft and record essential data on a Google Sheets.

Requirements:
- Use RFID tag reader to record tag numbers (tags attached to trucks).
- Control an electronic fuel valve via RFID tag to manage who can dispense fuel.
- Integrate a fuel flow meter (needs to be provided by you) to log the amount of fuel dispensed to each truck and equipment per crew.
- Utilize a sensor to monitor and record the fuel level in the reservoir.

Data to be sent to Google Sheets:
- Date and time of fuel dispensing
- Truck RFID tag number
- Dispenser RFID tag number (or ID)
- Quantity of fuel dispensed
- Fuel level of the reservoir at the time of dispensing

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Raspberry Pi
- Familiarity with Google Sheets API
- Knowledge in working with RFID, fuel flow meters, and sensors
- Ability to integrate multiple data inputs into a single Google Sheets output
