Fractional CTO for Hybrid Setup

I’m looking for a seasoned, hands-on CTO who can tighten our overall technology strategy, guide innovation, and embed strong security practices while building out a reliable hybrid development environment.

Where I need your leadership
• Strategy: turn our product vision into a clear technology roadmap that encourages fast iteration and measurable innovation.
• Security: bake threat modelling, secure coding standards, and compliance checks into every stage of the pipeline from day one.
• Infrastructure: design and document a hybrid setup that blends our existing on-prem resources with scalable cloud services, then put the automation in place so the team can spin up, test, and ship with minimal friction.
• Languages & stack: our core codebase is Python and Java with a growing Flutter front-end. Your guidance should respect that mix while keeping the door open for future tech decisions.

Deliverables I will sign off on
1. A three-month strategic technology roadmap, clearly tied to product milestones.
2. A reference architecture diagram for the hybrid environment, including CI/CD flow.
3. A security baseline checklist (identity, data, infrastructure) mapped to the roadmap.
4. A concise playbook for the team that covers branching strategy, code reviews, and release management.

All recommendations should be actionable and compatible with common cloud tooling (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalents) while acknowledging our on-prem constraints.
