End-to-End Fintech Platform Build

I’m commissioning a production/consultancy-ready fintech platform that will process invoices and payments for clients operating in multiple currencies and legal jurisdictions. The system is organised into six tightly-coupled layers; each layer’s boundaries and integration points are explained in the Word document briefing I will share once we establish contact.

Security is non-negotiable: native Two-Factor Authentication must sit at the heart of the identity layer from day one. Because real funds move through the platform, the ledger, reconciliation and reporting components have to withstand regulatory scrutiny and external audits. Architectural decisions around the auth stack, ledger model and compliance workflows cascade through the entire build, so I need your reasoning spelled out early.

I’m open on languages, frameworks and cloud providers as long as they can meet PCI-DSS level controls, handle multi-currency accounting and scale horizontally. Where I have a firm preference—particularly around the ledger model—the briefing makes that clear.

Please include a detailed project proposal covering:

• a high-level architecture diagram
• your recommended tech stack
• a phased delivery plan with milestones
• a short risk register with mitigation steps

Once we align, you will receive the full Word document, sample data and access to a sandbox environment to start building. The first milestone will be accepted when a working 2FA auth flow, a skeletal multi-currency ledger and CI/CD pipelines deploying to a staging cluster are in place.
