Digital Inventory Manager with Cloud Integration For a locksmith small business
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a lightweight yet reliable system that keeps perfect track of my Digital goods and synchronises every change with my preferred Cloud storage service in real-time. The goal is to see stock levels, file versions and basic metadata update the instant a file is added, removed or modified—no manual refreshes or overnight cron jobs.
Key expectations
• Real-time updates between the app and the cloud bucket so I always see the latest file counts and version history.
• Clean dashboard (web or desktop) that lists products, download links, file size and an “in stock / out of stock” flag.
• Simple way to create, edit or archive a digital item, with the change instantly pushed to the cloud backend.
• Secure login with at least two user roles (full admin and read-only).
I’m hosting current assets on a mainstream Cloud storage service, so an API-level integration with AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage or Dropbox would be ideal—let me know which you prefer. If you can architect it so future connections to an E-commerce website or Content management system are possible, that is a plus though not essential right now.
Deliverables
1. Working application or script with source code.
2. README covering setup, environment variables and any third-party libraries.
3. Short hand-off call or document demonstrating the real-time sync in action.
Feel free to build with the stack you know best—Node.js, Python/FastAPI, Laravel, Firebase, or something equivalent—as long as the final product is stable and easy for me to maintain.
