Operations and Engineering for MS Dynamics M365 Cloud
• Structured build up of Dataverse for Dynamics
• Know-How in License model of Dynamics
• Integration of Dynamics in other systems like SharePoint, Teams and Exchange
• Basic skills and know how in M365, AAD, Microsoft Admin Center, Power Shell scripts, Power
Platform and Power BI
Operations and Engineering for Power Platform
• Structured build up of Dataverse
• Trouble shooting of flows and apps as well as basic skills in development of flows and apps,
Automation using Power Automat (Flows)
• Center of Excellence starter kit
• Monitoring, license monitoring, KPI Reporting
• Basic skills and know how in M365, AAD, Microsoft Admin Center, Power Shell scripts, MS
Dynamics and Power BI
Operations and Engineering for Power BI Cloud
• Skills in creation of Power BI reports
• Creation and configuration of data sources
• Skills in operation and configuration of OnPrem Datagateway
• Basic skills and know how in M365, AAD, Microsoft Admin Center, Power Shell scripts, Power
Platform and MS Dynamics
Skills:
Specific Windows product skills
• Proficient in actual Microsoft technologies e.g. Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS und
PowerShell
• Good know how in Windows Domain concept (AD, AAD)
General skills
• Experience in enterprises with complex (server-)infrastructures
• Handling of Windows workplaces (E-Mail, Excel etc.)
• Proficient in ITIL and agile processes
• Usage of Incident-, Problem- Change-Tool
