I'm seeking an expert to build a cybersecurity lab on Linode. The lab should be based on Windows and include the following tools:

Pentesting Tools:
- Metasploit
- Nmap
- Wireshark

Networking Tools:
- Wireshark

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Linode
- Strong background in cybersecurity and pentesting
- Experience with Windows OS setup and configuration
- Familiarity with the installation of cybersecurity and networking tools
