I’m ready to get my digital life in order and need a systematic thinker who can bring every file and contact into a single, sensible structure. All of my smartphones, tablets, and computers hold scattered documents, email addresses, physical addresses, and phone numbers. I want everything consolidated, synced, and easy to find—no more duplicates, no more hunting.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Start with a brief audit so we both know where every document and contact currently lives.
• Create a clean, category-based system—work, personal, finance, health, etc.—and sort every document into it.
• Extract, de-duplicate, and merge all addresses, emails, and phone numbers into one master contact list.
• Sync the finished structure across my phone, tablet, and desktop using a reliable cloud solution (Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, or similar—open to your recommendation).
• Deliver a simple set of “how-to” notes so I can maintain the system on my own.
Acceptance criteria
1. All files and contacts are visible and identical on each device.
2. No duplicate contacts or files remain.
3. Folder and contact categories are intuitive and clearly labeled.
4. Handover includes the cleaned contact list (CSV or vCard) and a short maintenance guide.
