I'm looking for an expert to develop a comprehensive IT strategy designed to enhance efficiency, improve cybersecurity, and streamline operations in my organization. Our current IT infrastructure is exclusively cloud-based, so experience in handling cloud systems is a must.

- Microsoft ecosytem especially Sharepoint
What i need is an IT strategy document that looks very professional. I will provide the majority of the topics but need someone to expand each topic. (eg intranet for internal communications, staff onboarding, restructuring of sharepoint, etc.)
