Cloudbeds-Style Hotel PMS

I need a cloud-based property-management suite that mirrors the end-to-end experience of Cloudbeds. The build must cover every daily touch-point of a modern hotel: reservation management, guest check-in/out, billing & invoicing, a fully fledged hotel management back office, a real-time channel manager and a commission-free booking engine. Just like Cloudbeds, the platform has to sit at the centre of operations and push/pull data seamlessly to and from OTAs, payment gateways, accounting tools and third-party apps—I am aiming for full integration, not a siloed solution.

Key outcomes I expect:

• Web-based PMS and mobile-friendly front end
• Live channel synchronisation with major OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.) via two-way API
• Integrated booking engine embeddable on any hotel website and Facebook page
• Unified guest profile, folio and billing centre with automated tax calculations and multi-currency support
• Housekeeping and maintenance dashboards tied to room status in real time
• Role-based access and audit logs for staff actions
• Comprehensive reporting (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, payments, commissions) exportable to Excel/CSV
• Secure payment processing that meets PCI-DSS standards
• Open API or webhooks so we can plug in future services without code rewrites

Acceptance criteria:

1. A working MVP on a staging server that demonstrates reservations flowing from at least two live OTA connections into the PMS and down to the booking engine with no over-booking.
2. Back-office users can create, modify and settle a folio, then trigger an invoice PDF.
3. Source code and technical documentation delivered, plus a hand-over walkthrough recorded on video.
