A Cloud-based Data Leakage Prevention System

Our project scope is to take care of the security of 3rd year CPE SIIT (Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology) students information such as studentID (Id usually starts: 62227XXXXX - where X can be any number), Personal ID (Preferred Thai ID - can be randomly generated) etc. (Can use name generator for student names)
Our project is to make a program that let the student input their data similar to registration process and also able to view and edit their data but cannot access other student information
Can use any tool (i.e Solarwind) as data leakage prevention tools to help. it starts by the user input their important data or the data that their want to keeping safe into the content filter and let the program work as security system and also the system will have its unique safety criteria. for example, the password needs to have 10 digits and be in English etc.
If the input data is correct then the user can access the information but if its not then the system will let the user to input the data until it is correct. After finishing input the data, the system will inform the admin to store the information into the server
Also have to create the function that can detect the data that have been leak and detect the data that have a risk to be leak and data that not have enough security
