Cloud Visitor Check-In System

I need a cloud-hosted Visitor Management System focused on friction-less check-in and check-out tracking. The flow is simple: guests pre-register online, receive a unique QR code, scan it on arrival, and the visit is logged instantly. Hosts get real-time notifications, while the front desk prints a customizable badge that pulls data from the registration form.

Core requirements
• QR-code identification only—no ID cards or biometrics for now.
• Visitor pre-registration portal that works on desktop and mobile.
• Dynamic badge template editor so I can add our logo, visit date, and host name without developer help.
• Automatic email/SMS alerts to the host the moment the QR code is scanned.
• Cloud dashboard to view live visitor counts, past logs, and exportable reports (CSV or XLSX).

Acceptance criteria
1. I can create an event, share a registration link, and see the visitor appear in the dashboard once they sign up.
2. A QR code generated by the system scans successfully on a standard Android or iOS device and records both entry and exit timestamps.
3. Badge design changes can be done through a browser UI—no code edits.
4. Notifications arrive within 10 seconds of check-in and show visitor name and location.
5. System is accessible over HTTPS with role-based access (Admin, Reception, Host view).
